What if work was this incredible place where you felt valued and valued one another; where you pulled together instead of fought; where you were so highly effective that there was rarely a need to fire-fight... struggle... battle through the day?

What if people took full responsibility for their results not from some sense of ‘have to’ duty but from a place of wanting to have the ‘ability to respond’ – the personal power… the capacity to create a work environment they enjoy and one that’s highly productive because everyone knows how they tick; how to get the best from themselves, from the roots up whether just starting out at work or on the board?

That ‘what if’, is what drove us to create Change it live it; a socially driven learning and development company set up to make society a little better by helping improve the work-life and work-culture in the City (banking and financial sector); what we see as the very heart of our society, because in doing so everyone wins more and we think that matters.
