Root level ChangeTM

 
 
There are 3 core drivers that determine your success; most solutions focus on just 1, we work on all 3:
 
 

·         Behavioural change only: Many solutions to issues such as stress, influencing others... leadership, focus on getting you to just change your external behaviour.  Trouble is the results are short-term because the underlying mindset; how you think and what you believe is unchanged and as this is the root from which we all operate, so you inadvertently continue sabotaging your performance/results.

·         Emotional and energy change only: Changing how you feel about a sitaution is incredibly effective because it influences how you then behave.  However, if you fail to address your underlying mindset the latter overrides the more constructive emotional state and cause the individual to resort to familiar thought and behavioural habits i.e. people stay the same!

 

·         Mindset change only: As the root of all our emotional and behavioural states, a modified mindset steers an individual in a more constructive direction.  However it needs to be supported by the emotional (energetic) and behavioural actions otherwise it’s like setting your sat nav for a destination without being topped up on fuel or keeping your vehicle well maintained.

Note
Whole day or multi-day training provides intense immersion but it’s like trying to eat a 7 course meal; you remember the first couple of courses, miss out bits in the middle and probably feel stuffed (overwhelmed) by the end, which is why so many people end up with a short term high only to go back to how they were initially or even worse; they end up more demoralised and resistant to change, and you’re left out of pocket with learning and development being seen as a waste of money and time.

 

And the same goes for 1 off sessions: it’s like going to the gym once and expecting to come out with a fabulous new body – forget it!

People can be incredibly complex; our defence mechanisms and behavioural patterns tend to resist change and so assisting people to develop requires a multi-faceted approach:

 

·         Counselling to address underlying sabotaging issues.

·         Coaching to raise awareness and enable the individual to find their own solutions.
